What is Reko?+

Reko is a marketplace that connects Nepali content creators with brands for paid collaborations — briefing, delivery, and payment all happen in one place.

How do I reach support, and how fast will you respond?+

Email support@rekoengine.com — it's a monitored inbox and we reply within 2 business days. If you're already a member, messages sent from your dashboard reach the same team.

When do creators actually get paid?+

What happens if a brand and a creator disagree about the work?+

Either side can open a dispute — a brand rejecting delivered work, or a creator reporting non-payment on an approved deal — which flags it for the Reko team to review and puts a deadline on getting it resolved rather than letting it sit.

How much does Reko cost?+

It's free for creators. Brands pay a commission only on completed, approved deals — see the pricing page for details.

Why do I need to verify my email?+

Verifying protects your account and unlocks the parts of Reko that involve money or messaging — you can still browse and set up your profile before verifying, but accepting deals, submitting work, or contacting the Reko team requires a verified email first.

Can more than one person manage a brand account?+

Yes — brand accounts can invite teammates, who can manage campaigns alongside the account owner.

Is my payment information safe?+
